Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Telegram identity — your Telegram ID, username and display name, provided by Telegram when you sign in through the bot or Mini App.
• Registration details — email address and phone number, given by you when you become a member.
• Membership activity — group membership status, partner-account verification status, which published picks you opened through your member link, cashback claims and payout requests (including the crypto address you provide).
• Optional proof uploads — screenshots you choose to send for account verification.
• Technical basics — standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) kept for security and abuse prevention.

2. Why we collect it

• To run your membership: one account per person, group-membership checks, partner verification.
• To operate the rewards programme: matching your bets to published picks, reviewing cashback claims, paying out to the address you gave.
• To message you: the bot DMs you about new picks from tipsters you follow, results, and the status of your claims and payouts. You can stop these by blocking the bot (this also limits what the club can do for you).
• To prevent fraud and abuse.

3. What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your data.
• We don’t share your details with third parties except our betting partner (to verify the account you connected) and infrastructure providers that host the service.
• We don’t post anything on your behalf.

4. Storage & retention

Data is stored on our own server infrastructure in the EU. We keep membership records while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal details and keep only what we must for fraud-prevention and accounting (e.g. completed payout records).

5. Your choices

• You can view your stored details any time in the app’s Account tab.
• You can ask for correction or deletion of your data by messaging support via the bot.
• You can unfollow tipsters (stops their DMs) or block the bot entirely.

6. Cookies

The site uses a single session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie inside Telegram. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
