1. Who we are

OddsGainer (“we”, “the club”) is a free, members-only sports-tips community operating through the website oddsgainer.com and our Telegram bot and Mini App. By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older. Gambling content is strictly for adults.
• One account per person. Duplicate or shared accounts may be closed and their balances voided.
• You are responsible for making sure online betting is legal where you live.

3. Membership

• Membership is free — no subscription, no fees.
• Full membership requires: joining our Telegram group, completing registration (email + phone), and connecting an account at our partner through your member link, confirmed by our team.
• Leaving the Telegram group suspends access to member content until you rejoin.

4. Tips are opinions

Every pick published in the club is the tipster’s opinion, not a guarantee and not financial advice. Odds change. You bet with your own money, at your own risk, at the licensed operator of your choice. Track records shown in the app include every settled pick — wins and losses.

5. Cashback

• Cashback applies to Protected Picks that you followed exactly as published (same selections, same market) at our partner sportsbook via your member link, and that settled as a loss.
• Modified slips, extra legs, custom bets, casino bets and bets below the minimum odds shown in the app do not qualify.
• Claims are limited per week and capped as shown in the app; every claim is reviewed manually and may be rejected if it does not meet the rules.
• Cashback is a goodwill programme of the club, not insurance; abuse (multi-accounting, slip manipulation, false loss statements) voids eligibility and may close the account.

6. Wallet & payouts

• Rewards accrue in your in-app wallet and are paid in USDC to the crypto address you provide, once your balance reaches the minimum shown in the app.
• You are responsible for providing a correct address; transfers to a wrong address cannot be reversed.
• Payout requests are reviewed manually and are normally processed within a few days.
• Balances obtained through fraud or abuse are void.

7. Fair use

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the club: multiple accounts, fake identities, automated access, harassment in the group, or attempts to manipulate the cashback or verification process. Where an account is closed for abuse, any unpaid balance is forfeited.

8. Responsible gambling

Betting should be entertainment paid for from money you can afford to lose. Set limits, never chase losses, and use the self-exclusion tools every licensed operator provides. If gambling stops being fun, stop — and seek help (e.g. gamblingtherapy.org).

9. Liability

The club provides tips and rewards “as is”. We are not the operator you bet with, we do not hold your betting funds, and we are not liable for betting losses, operator decisions, blockchain network issues, or interruptions of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and the programme rules (percentages, caps, minimums) at any time; the current values are always the ones shown in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
